However for hygiene reasons, we do not offer return or exchange of products unless damaged or incorrectly delivered. If your product is damaged or incorrectly delivered , you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your receipt of the delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For international purchases, Muslim Children Store is not responsible to pay the cost of shipping from the consumer’s location to us and it needs to be returned in the same condition it was purchased in. Please note the following general conditions for returns: Buyer is responsible for paying for return costs for ALL returns irrespective of the reason for return. The items are to be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition. Once the item(s) are received and inspected and found to fulfil the general condition for returns we will offer to replace any faulty items. Replacements for faulty items will be dispatched at our cost. Under no circumstances will the original delivery charge paid be refunded Credit card purchases: Orders which are paid via credit card cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled. We offer store credit of the equivalent amount paid via credit card in case of a faulty or damaged product. However, these are subject to management's discretion and not guaranteed in any manner.
